Blue Ridge Masonry is locally owned and operated by Joshua Rush Barnett. His family has deep roots in the Shenandoah Valley and he is proud to be able to serve the masonry needs of his Valley neighbors and those in Northern Virginia.

While in school, Josh worked with another Clarke County mason who specialized in brick and block, which began his interest in the trade. When schooling and life took him to New England, he worked on commercial jobs focused on concrete  and block work. Following this, he spent years working with a stone mason, gaining intense exposure to traditional and modern approaches to stone work.

Now that life and family have landed him in northwestern Virginia, he wants to provide a thoughtful, careful, and personalized touch to any client interested in the diverse possibilities masonry work has to offer to any residence or business.
